So..I’m on the heels of Week 12, and my goal is get to 160 by this weekend (it will be a total of 14 pounds of weight loss since 2/24/15). This morning, I was at 162.4. I’ll begin Monday morning cardio with this playlist! I’m doing a 45/15 stairmaster/incline treadmill split this week with indoor cycling as well (Not in the same day).
