This morning, I stepped on the scale, and much to my surprise I’m down almost 2 pounds from last week. I am now at 162.8. One year ago around this time…I weighed 165.
I set a goal to be at or under 160 by my birthday (5/14). I’m going to really work hard to get there! Wish me luck. I KNOW I CAN DO THIS.
