Here our the meal highlights for the week! Sunday breakfast with whole wheat English muffin, smoked salmon, topped with arugula and cherry tomatoes. A little sweetness with a banana/blueberry mix, and don’t forget the egg white for protein!
First time I’ve said at a Mexican Restaurant, “No rice and beans, and SUB VEGGIES, please!” I think my family members who were with me were in shock with my request. My brother knows I don’t like vegetables! The veggie medley complimented Tacos at Carbon–Beef Course– at Pappasitos. I could only finish 1 taco! Confession–I did have about 10 chips.
Sweet treat of the week. Apple, peach, and blueberry tart crisp. Couldn’t finish it though. And it hit that sweet tooth perfectly!
