Greetings from my gym at 24 Hour Fitness! Morning workouts at 7:30 a.m. are the best! It feels great to sweat again now that my right knee is almost healed. In September 2014, I had my second ACL and second arthroscopic surgery. I have been consistently on the stepmill/stairmaster for the last month for about 4-5 times/week. I mix it up with incline treadmill and stationary bike to warm up. I add about 15 minutes of weights and abs at the end. Today was my short cardio day with total 30 minutes and 30 minutes of chest, triceps, and abs. Gotta get those pushups in too! This quarter is all about CARDIO! Tomorrow I will try spinning at Revolution Studio. I’m a happy girl today!
