So, I’m back using MyFitnessPal App to track my calories. My dietician put me on a 1300 calorie regimen last week, and this week, I have been under my daily calorie intake every day! YAY. I remember seeing the picture on my doctor’s wall…something like this….I was missing the veggie part!
Yesterday, I burned 712 calories of cardio, and the old me would have ate all those calories up and then some! What a waste….
This morning, my home scale was at 169.8!
So—veggies are my friend! Those veggies help keep my calorie count under control. So–it feels DAMN good achieving this…and I must continue to EAT MY VEGGIES!
